AMP is Amphion's in-app currency — earn it through engagement, spend it to collect songs permanently. Collection isn't a badge; it's ownership with artist payout built in (~70% to rights holders). Free tier listeners hear ads on previews; paid tiers unlock collection, reduced ads, and direct artist support through the player.

Business model
Better geometry than passive streaming.
Four revenue lines, clean margins: listener subscriptions ($0.99–$12.99/mo tiers), AMP song purchases, audio ads on royalty-free previews (free tier), and network effects that compound on the Feed. Previews are royalty-free — Amphion pays artists on purchase, not on every preview stream. Churned users still generate ad revenue; collectors generate LTV that passive streaming can't match.
